Petitions With Power

A peaceful, legal, democratic way for Canadians to be heard between elections.

Canada already has petitions. Now Canada needs petitions with power.

What is a Citizens Trigger?

If enough verified Canadians sign on to a major national issue, that issue should legally trigger a national referendum — a direct vote by Canadians.

This is not about left or right. It is not about one political party. This is about accountability between elections.

If the people say yes, Ottawa may proceed. If the people say no, Ottawa must stop. If enough Canadians sign, Ottawa must listen.
